  • Type of Market:  The public school system from K12 online assessments an therapy across the United States.

  • Type of Offering: Content developers venture that offers licensed services of speech language therapists and occupational therapist.  Presence learning has SLP advisors and CEO and team members with extensive knowledge, background and credentials to back up their services.  They offer online telepractice therapy (speech or occupational)  

BUYER

 

  • Who is the Buyer: Learning is bought centrally and nationally.  Typically through United States school districts (individual schools) or Charter Academy's in the states.  They offer an extensive list on their website of the services they provide within the U.S. so that parents visiting the site may be aware if their child's school already purchases it.  

TARGET

 

Global Target: Predominantly focused on Wired Anglophone market, namely the United States (due to the rules, regulations and legislation surrounding permits for SLP and OTs who only have accreditation within the U.S. states)

MARKET STATUS / COMPETITION
  • Market Status:  Import of services through the SLP and OTs

  • Competition:  Telepractice has been around for a number of years but is growing in prevalence so it is used within a well-developed learning system or within the school's curriculum for special needs learners from K12 but is also displacing traditional hospital visits for therapy for reasons of cost.  School districts can not handle the group therapy costs in a hospital setting so have opted to seek the services online.  This counteracted costs within school budgets to still give students their needs

  • Only in schools with computer assisted technology, webcams, tools students can use for online services.  There are other telepractice companies out there for the U.S. Market.  Click on the visit website button to view another company.
